Vacuum System
The vacuum set is a combination of a Roots Pump and a double-stage Rotary Vane Pump, Roots Pump is equipped with ABB motor and the Rotary Vane Pump from ULVAC(a top-quality Japanese brand), motors are NOT Ex-proof type. This vacuum system is a double-stage vacuum set, which is mostly suitable to the work conditions that require higher vacuum level.
